for our patients convenience until 9:00 pm daily. For emergency

calls only from 9:00 pm to 7:00am should call (607) 753-3051

and select the prompted option to speak with Upstate Pediatric Triage Service.



nO SHOW POLICY





We do understand that in today's busy world, occasionally

situations come up that are beyond our control. In those instances,

we do request you extend us the courtesy of 24-hour notice.

Repeated no-shows without timely cancellation will be noted, and

may result in discharge.



VACCINE POLICY





Per our office policy- we require all our patients to abide by the CDC Vaccine schedule. We understand you may have questions and concerns about vaccines, and we are here to answer them and help keep your child healthy!

If you are choosing not to vaccinate- we may not be the best fit you. Please reach out to us with any questions!

flouride TREATMENTS



Fluoride treatments are recommended by the American Dental Association. We now offer topical fluoride treatments here in our office starting as soon as teeth erupt. As some local dentist do not see children this young, we recommend this important treatment to help protect the oral health of our young patients. Call to schedule your child’s appointment.​



Hypnosis



Dr. Djafari is a certified Hypnotic consultant and approved in Clinical Hypnosis by the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis. He uses clinical hypnosis as a therapy method for his patients with chronic conditions.​​

Medication ADMINISTRATION

ear PIERCINGS



We will pierce ears ages 6 Months and up, for our established patients! Ears will be pierced by our LPN Samantha. Call our office to schedule today! ​

As need- our office can refer you to specialists according to your current plan of care.



same day sick



We work hard to provide same day access for your sick or injured child’s needs. Well child care visits are scheduled in advance, though often can be accommodated quickly if you are willing to be flexible about the doctor you see.



Well child



It is important for your pediatrician to track your child’s development and milestones, check blood levels, and administer vaccinations. Infants are seen at 2 weeks, and at 2, 4, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, and 24 months. An annual well child exam is recommended thereafter.​



carseat checks



We have a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician in office. We are happy to check any car seat, anytime. Give us a call to set up an appointment to make sure your child is properly secured in their car seat! ​



in-house LABORATORY



We offer many types of inhouse testing. Such as: Respiratory panels, Lead and Iron checks, Pregnancy Testing, Blood Draws, Blood Sugar Checks, Urinalysis, and Strep Testing. Even sutures and wound repair can be done in office
